Jaguar coordinates reefer-container bookings, routing and origin/destination hand-offs. Required equipment size, route acceptance, power arrangements and any specialist facilities are checked for the cargo. No dedicated cold store, pharmaceutical certification, continuous monitoring service or guaranteed product condition is implied by a reefer booking.

Reefer freight is not a blanket guarantee of product shelf life or suitability. Pre-cooling, packaging, loading, power arrangements, inspections and temperature-record access must be agreed for the particular cargo. No pharmaceutical certification or dedicated cold-storage facility is implied.

Who specifies the reefer temperature and ventilation settings?
The shipper or cargo owner supplies the product-specific instructions. Jaguar communicates them to the relevant providers; equipment suitability and operating arrangements require confirmation. We do not infer safe settings from a commodity name alone.
Can I choose a 20ft or 40ft reefer?
Tell us the required size and quantity, along with the packed cargo dimensions and weight. The proposed equipment must be checked for the cargo, route and carrier availability before a booking is confirmed.
What must be agreed before loading?
Confirm packaging, loading, any pre-cooling requirements, equipment-readiness checks and power arrangements with the cargo owner and responsible providers. Put special handling instructions in writing before the movement.
Will temperature monitoring and records be available?
Confirm the monitoring arrangement, record availability and escalation contacts in advance. A reefer booking does not automatically include continuous customer-visible tracking or access to records from every transport leg.
Are powered transport and cold storage included?
Not automatically. Where needed, powered inland movement, holding arrangements and specialist storage must be explicitly included and confirmed. Ask for these requirements to be addressed before accepting the quotation.
