Jaguar Logistics’ physical operations office is in Indore. Confirmed operational coverage includes ICD Tihi, Dhannad, Kheda, Jaipur and Tumb. We select the pickup route and gateway around the freight booking, cargo readiness and equipment availability. Operational coverage does not mean a Jaguar office, owned fleet or vehicle stationed at each location.

Which ICDs are within your operational coverage?
Our confirmed coverage includes ICD Tihi, Dhannad, Kheda, Jaipur and Tumb. The appropriate gateway and transport availability are checked for each cargo and booking; these are not separate Jaguar office locations.
Can you arrange factory pickup around Indore?
Yes, factory pickup is part of our transport coordination. Share the complete address, loading hours, access restrictions, packed dimensions, gross weight and readiness date so the proposed movement can be checked.
Who arranges loading and unloading?
The quotation and transport plan should identify the party providing labour and loading equipment at each end. Tell us what is available on site and what needs arranging before vehicle dispatch.
Are waiting time and gateway charges included?
Not automatically. Confirm the transport rate, waiting allowance, loading/unloading and gateway charges separately. Changes to the agreed movement or delays at a site can affect the final charges.
What happens if cargo is not ready for pickup?
Inform the coordination team as early as possible. Vehicle availability, collection slots and the onward freight cut-off need to be rechecked; additional waiting or rescheduling charges may apply under the agreed terms.
